Breaking the emulsion is due to the reaction of the formed Ca-oleate with the acid burowsolution with formation of oleic acid; so there is a W/O emulsifier.

Solution:
Add a non ionogenic W/O emulsifier as Arlacel C or Span 83 BV 8g for the deduction of the amount of lime water.
