I received a prescription with the following:
Vitamin B Complex NF 5 185mg
Vitamin C 185mg
Methionine and cystine Ana 25mg
Vitamin E and cystine ana 25mg
Biotin 1mg
What is the vitamin B complex NF 5 and it is also not clear why cystine 2x is written on the prescription?
Should I take cystine over 50mg per capsule?

Also for me it is not clear why twice cystine occurs on the prescription but given the harmfulness of this product that is sometimes used in high dosage, I would use 50mg of cystine per capsule.
