We thought to prepare a suspension with Xanthaamgomexcipiens and sugar syrup. Do you think this Is stable and the best solution or do you suggest something else?

This seems OK. You may still have unfalling xanthan gum excipient (caution microbiological quality) If you cannot prepare an excipient yourself. I recommend you to look at rifampicin and Trimetoprim suspension from the TMF. Much much cheaper!! I cannot find the composition of the Bassron product, but I fear that with sugar syrup a very viscous solution will be obtained.
