Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% and erythromycin 4% stable in buffered Cetomacrogol cream?

You would best use unbuffered Cetomacrogol cream and provide per 100 g cream 14 g of a 0.5% citric acid solution in the water phase.  

Use my = 2 month, stored in the refrigerator.
