Answer
There are only two liquid forms known from pseudoephedrine: Actifed syrup and pseudoephedrine syrup for children NF 6 but at a much lower dosage, respectively 30 mg and 15 mg per coffee spoon. Therefore, it is not ruled out that a dosage of 120 mg/5 ml indicates the problems mentioned. Considering most medicines, which contain pseudoephedrine under Solid form, it is advisable to also prepare capsules here with 120 mg per capsule. As a diluent, best mannitol or sorbitol can be used. For administration, the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with jelly or yoghourt.
