Indeed, except for lidocaine, the composition of the suppository looks like a loco Cafergot.
But a brief investigation via the internet about the use of lidocaine for migraines mentions that certain studies have demonstrated some effect. It must be said that the form of administration was usually intra-nasal. This is not so surprising. Specief via Rectal administration I was unable to find any studies.
Maybe the composition should be broken down and the lidocaine be administered nasal?
