Store atropine eye drops in the freezer? Stability assured after freezing?

I find for eye drops with 0.25% atropine that both after steam sterilization and heating in flowing water vapor the eye drops can be guarded in the refrigerator for 24 months. It is expressly stated "not in the freezer".  

I have to say that using your composition a heat sterilization is not possible!
