Steam drops: GED alcohol or drink alcohol

Best In the preparation of inhalation preparations we find in the FNA in the formulas that ethanol 90% v/V BP is used. We were asked by one of our members whether disinfectant alcohol (denatured) may be used for the cost price. What is your advice?
