In IVF, sildenafil 25mg is sometimes used to bring vaginal, which base is best to use (gelatin-glycerin ovule?), there can be an evt. Also an ordinary capsule gelatine
be used?

All proposals are usable provided.........................
1. Filling powder in hard gelatin capsule; OK but do you find an applicator?
2. Ovulen: Personally I prefer the ovule of 4 G (Pessarium) based on suppository Mass. Perhaps easier to apply than glycerin-gelatin
3. Gel or cream is also a possibility but dosage is harder unless you divide the Maasa into small sysies where possibly a plastic cannula fits on.
