Composition: Saponinecoaltar 3 G, prednisolone 0.5 g, aqua AD 100 g
Prednisolone is not soluble in water. Saponin Coaltar is alcohol-based. But 3 G is probably insufficient to keep prednisolone in solution when diluting with water? And what with Saponin Coaltar when diluting with water???

I suggest to try the following
Tarreer Beaker and stirring rod (T g)
Weigh 20 g propylene glycol and dissolve the prednisolone in it . Add the Saponin Coaltar and 15 g Tween 80. Mix with the rudder rod until homogeneous. Place beaker with stirrer on balance and gradually add stirring water to T + 100
