At the request of a dentist 2.5% after hypochlorite solution. Febelco has only NaOCl 10-15% active chlorine from the company Acros.

Answer

We can assume that 1 g of active chlorine is equivalent to 1.05 g of afterhypochlorite. Taking into account the application, 1 g of active chlorine can be assimilated to 1 G NaOCl;

The solution of Acros   contains 12.0   g% active chlorine. This means that for 100 ml 2.5% NaOCl   2.5 X 100/12 = 20 ml   of the Acros solution is diluted with purified water. This solution is packaged in polyethylene bottles due to instability. Screw caps that make direct contact with the hypochlorite solution, exhibit fragility. PET bottles are not stable and at a higher pH it creates precipitation in glass bottles.

  It is recommended not to supply excessive quantities and to ensure   for a fast turonver of the 2.5% solution and to store the solution in the refrigerator (outside influence of light)
