Question by an ORL specialist pelargonic acid vanillylamide 30.3 mg alcohol denat. 3.3 ml sodium dihydrogen phosphate 2-water 1.5 g sodium chloride 8g dinatriumhydrogen phosphate

2-Water 0.5 g
benzalkoniumopl FNA 100mg/ml to 1L < BR/> Pelargonic acid vanillylamide is synthetic capsaicin but as far as I have been informed not to obtain in Belgi ë. Would it be possible to make this with capsaicin oil resin, if so, how would I put it in suspension?

Answer

The first problem is the calculation of the amount of capsicumoliehars for 30.3 mg synthetic capsaicin. Oleoresina contains 2% capsaicin so we need for 30.3 mg synth capsaicin 1.5 g Oleoresina. The second problem is the solubility of Oleoresina in water. I suspect that a quantity of denatured alcohol greater than 3.3 ml will be required. Based on the ratio of synthetic capsaicin and denatured alcohol, 165ml of alcohol would be required for 1.5 g Oleoresina. A second option for solving Oleoresina can be the addition of Tween 80. Maybe 15g is sufficient?
