Process Strattera (atomoxetine) capsules into a syrup?

Atomoxetine HCl, the active constituent of Strattera capsules, has a very bitter taste. So processing into a syrup is not easy. Following formula can be used  

Atomoxetine HCl 460 mg; Sorbitol 70% non-crystallizable   15 g; NaH2PO4 1aqua 1.5 g; Phosphoric acid Solution   0.425 M 1.25 g; After Saccharinate 2 G; Currant syrup 30 g;   after benzoate 100 mg and water up to 100 ml  

After Saccharinate 2 G can be replaced by aspartame 4 G; maybe less bitter aftertaste?
