The patient needs 3 x 12.5 mg per day and has to swallow so many tablets so that it is now preferable to syrup.
Answer
You can use following formula for 1 mg/ml
hydralazine HCl 100 mg
sorbitol 70% not crystallizable 40 ml
propylene glycol 10 ml
aspartame 50 mg
water for storage up to 100 ml
note The presence of sugar should be avoided as hydralazine then breaks down within 24 hours
