Prednisolone-21-diphosphate 15 mg, F. Suppo no I dt. XX which is the ideal method or is there only one?

It is not clear to me that you have chosen emulsion suppositories. This method may be preferable when the distribution of the very small amount of priority is given. The breakdown will probably be fine and each suppo will contain 15 mg. Now as far as the exemption is concerned it is not so clear whether emulsion suppositories continue to enjoy the preference. In any case, I would not have added a Tween. I am asking myself whether a small amount of water can not be realised without any additives. Lanoline or better wool grease can, if necessary, be helpful for emulsifying. Another method is to prepare a good trituration of prednisolone diphosphate with powdered lactose in the ratio 1:50 and 750 mg to use this trituration per suppository. Presumably better when we also think of resorption and the dilution should also allow for a good distribution.
