Overdose of 5% for preparations with 10mg active substance?

The 10 mg active substance gel channels are described in the TMF (Domperidone, hydrocortisone, butylhyoscine bromide) without overdose. Is it advisable to apply 5% overdose here, or is it not recommended to overdose from 10mg and more?
