Triamcinolonacetonide trituration 1:10 1 G; HPMC 4000 mPa. s 19.6 g; Propylene glycol 1 g; White Vaseline 78, 4g    

You first prepare the mixture HPMC and white petroleum jelly, then rub your   the triamcinolone acetonide dilution with propylene glycol and gradually add the mixture HPMC + vaseline under violent mixing.
