Mifegynous Suspension Making

Mifegynous should be crushed for a patient with swallowing problems. This is possible (according to pletmedicatie.be) if it happens in a biohazard cupboard. The powder should then be taken under the supervision of the physician. Since it is not (poorly) water soluble, it may seem to me an idea to deliver this to the patient in the form of a suspension. (Safety staff, plus facilitated intake). I do not find any data from this. Can you possibly help me further?

Answer

the excipients of the tablet are: anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide (E551) maize starch,   povidone (E1201),   magnesium stearate (E572),   Microcrystalline Cellulose (E460)

I   suspect if you add 1 to 2% HPMC to the crushed tablets you can prepare a suspension with Aqua Conservans.    . Maybe steps need to be taken to correct the taste?     Possibly a suspension is already feasible with a mixture sorbitol 70% and Aqua Conservans 1:1?
