Is it possible to obtain a stable gel with erythromycin, prednisolone and Carbopolgel TMF?

The gel does not break but there are always white flakes after endless rubbing. The consistency of the finished product is also rather & #039; grainy & #039;.

Answer

No! Erythromycin is incompatible with Carbopol. Use a hydroxypropyl cellulosic gel such as the TMF. I suspect it also solves prednisolone.
