Is it necessary to make eye drops under a coar Cabinet?

We are apparently the only pharmacy in Brussels who want and can make Ciclosporin eye drops. We work as sterile as possible, follow your recommendations on the sterilisation of castor oil, but do not use a LAF cabinet. Many pharmacists who refuse to make this preparation give up this as a reason.
