Given the explosive nature of isosorbide dinitrate, can it be prepared without problems with an Unguator?

Use the composition of the TMF and read in footnote
undiluted isosorbide dinitrate may explode as a result of shock movement or excessive heat. For this reason, the diluted is used, in the form of a trituration with at least 60% lactose.
