The incompatibility of sodium alginate with calcium salts. How to fix?

We get following recipe:
R/sodium alginate 5g
Cacarbonaat light 1.6 g
sodium saccharin 0.3 g
sodium bicarbonate 8g
fennel spiritus 6g
Aqua Conservans ad 300cc

Answer

This compound is a loco compound for Gaviscon liquid. A reaction must Ca + + and alginate-is wanted in this application. It will be seen to a very limited extent Cacarbonaat very little soluble in water.
