I want to make a sweat-inhibiting solution for the head.

I am looking for a formulation for a sweat inhibiting solution. These should be used on the scalp. The lady in question also uses Minoxidil 5% on the crown. The sweat inhibitory solution would be used more in the neck and back of the head.
