It could be but I am not one hundred percent sure. It should be tried out. In incompatibilities, the concentration plays an important role. The test can be performed with the omission of Nystatin and Prednisolone.
Now you can also replace NaCMC with Hydroxyethylcellulose or hypromellose from the outset.
