I need Nizoral Creme (o/w?) Mix with 100 grams of Elocom lipophilic Creme (w/o). Is there an incompatibility to be expected given the different emulsion types?

You write it yourself; you do indeed have to do with EA Cream of the O/W type and one of the W/O type. But Ketoconazole is available in bulk so you can prepare a W/O cream e.g. with AVA and it will be miscible with elocom lipophilic cream.
