How should I prepare Ciclosporin collyre based on castor oil?

Answer

The simplest is to go out of the solution Neoral-Sandimmun for oral administration. We do not take into account the fact that most of the solution is left unused. Provided the necessary precautions (use sterilised syringe)   in the steel collection   and   good preservation conditions, the solution can be further used for other clients. The active substance in Neoral-Sandimmun is Ciclosporin. In 1   ml oral solution is 100 mg ciclosporin.   · The other substances are: DL-alpha-tocopherol, ethanol anhydrous,   propylene glycol, corn oil-mono-di-triglycerides, Macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate   (Ph. Eur.) /polyoxyl-40 hydrogenated castor oil (USP). The last two substances are solubilizers (emulsifiers)   that serve to divide the solution into fruit juice when diluted for intake. I suspect that given the solubility of castor oil in ethanol, a clear solution will be obtained.   Of course, a sterilized and dried zentropvial of which the rubber attachment is removed and carefully stored in aluminium foil must be used. The oil is filled in the zentropvial, which is closed with aluminium foil. The whole is placed in a pre-heated oven for 60   minutes to   150 °C. Then let it cool down to room temperature. Then add   The amount of Neoral-sandimmunsolution and mix. Close with the rubber attachment.
