How do I prepare prednisolone mixtuur 5mg/ml?

You can use the following formula: Prednisolonic sodium Phosphate 730 mg, Na2EDTA 100 mg; Na2HPO4 12 aq 1.9 g; NaH2PO4 2 aq 210 mg, banana aroma 100 mg; Nipagine 150 mg; Propylene glycol 910 mg; Sorbitol syrup non-krist; 26 g, purified water 77 g  

In Getareerd beaker (Tarra = T g)   of 200 ml dissolve nipagine in propylene glycol (OPL I)

In beaker of 100 ml in most part of water (60 ml) dissolve all other water soluble salts and add the sorbitol syrup and banana aroma to the solution     (OPL II)

Opl II pour over at OPL I  

This new solution to balance and replenish with water up to   T G + 107 g (= 100 ml)  

Store bottle at temperature below 25 ° C     (NOT in refrigerator), use my = 2 month    

In stock prepared to store at temp < 25 °, shelf life 6 month, do NOT store in refrigerator  

Slightly bitter taste; difficult to remediate so give something sweet to rinse
