The composition of Nyquil is per 30 ml: Acetaminophen 650 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg, 105mg of Succinate 12.5 mg and phenylephrine HCl
The inactive ingredients are: alcohol, citric acid, flavor, glycerin, propylene glycol, water, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sodium chlorides sodium citrate, sorbitol, sucralose.

is replaced by diphenhydramine
I recommend following formula: D Ifenhydramine 125mg (in sugar syrup); f Enylefrine 100mg (for sugar syrup); d Extromethorfaan HBR 200mg (in the Paracetamol in Alcohol + PG dissolved); Paracetamol 6g; granulated sugar 168g; citric acid 300mg; N a saccharinate 300mg; NaCl 300mg p Ropyleenglycol 61.26 g; e thanol 23.4 g and freshly boiled and cooled water 120g
to enhance the flavor, a flavor aroma such as raspberry aroma can be added.
