How can I prepare an eye ointment with 3% acyclovir?

As a basis, we use the eye ointment base PB V. It can be sterilized by dry heat for 1 hour at 150 ° C. After cooling, the acyclovir is aseptically mixed with the sterilized eye ointment base. Of course this happens with sterilized tools.

I cannot find any data on the effect of a heating at 150 ° C on Acyclovir powder. But I believe that using a new vial the contamination will be quasi nil. Use a sterilized spatula for weighing on a sterilized watch glass using the method of reweighing.
