Gabapentin in unbuffered Cetomacrogol cream. Should this be the unbuffered Cetomacrogol cream?

Via an earlier analogue question it seemed that the buffered Cetomacrogol cream can be used. This would not give any problems of stability. However, in terms of penetration, the PLO cream was better. The latter was replaced by Pentravan. Can Pentravan be used to prepare gabapentin cream?

Answer

Pentravan is an expensive solution and it would be good to get this prescription regularly to be able to rework the pot Pentravan.

Another solution   can perhaps be found in the use of unbuffered Cetomacrogol cream and after adding the gabapentin to bring the pH of the cream to +/-7.3 (IEP). At this pH, the molecule is unguessed for as many positive as negative groups. I don't know how much the pH will amount to after adding gabapentin. If this Alcalisch is then acidified by the drip of a very diluted acid (diluted acetic acid), she is acidic then we use a 5% NaHCO3 solution.
