Prescription of ophthalmologist: Vit. C 1g, Aqua ad 10g.
referred to as cicatrizing agent.
doctor asks to make it physiologically what is of course impossible. I've neutralized Vit. C 600mg with Nabicarb. (210mg) to pH = 5. Is still some hypertone but seems acceptable to me.

Answer
The isotonic concentration of Vit C = 6%; For after ascorbate = 3% being 300 mg at 10ml. For NaCl one sets the border approximately above 2 X Isotoon. So you are also in this interval.
