A doctor asks Suppositories to prepare with isosorbide dinitrate

Which is the usual concentration and which suppository mass can I use for this?

Answer

I don't know if suppositories with Isosorbidenitate are a good solution; usually one makes a fatty ointment; see TMF You should be able to make suppositories with a a base especially for local operation but that will not find you through the normal channels. After all, there is a chance that   the patient complains   of systemic side effects such as headaches...... I could not find a used dosage for suppositories to date.
