Do you know a "SMOG" enema?

A SMOG enema has the following composition:

50 ml NaCl 0.9% (S)
50 ml MgSO4 50% (M)
50 ml liquid paraffin (O)
50 ml glycerin (G)

normally one finds the indication: pour everything into a bottle and shake hard. Indeed the oil-water ratio is not ideal for a stable emulsion. In addition, there is a high concentration of salt, which also does not promote emulsion formation and stability. Perhaps there is nothing else left than pouring everything into a bottle and the Pati ë NT recommend shaking the bottle well before use. The only emulsifier, which could qualify, is methyl cellulose.
