Would we use Cytotec (misoprostol) 200 micrograms in pessaries to process Witepsol W 45 as a base? After all, misoprostol is poorly soluble in water.

not necessarily because it is assumed that a molecule that dissolves well in the base is also more difficult to issue. So maybe here anyway but the gelatin-glycerin base. You will have to grind the tablets extremely finely and then seven to make everything completely fine.
