The technical Magijet Vademecum mentions: Use Aerosil and Veegum to make a suspension Is this the best solution or is there an emulsifier to obtain a stable emulsion?

A bad solution is not this; Whether it is most elegant, is another question.
I suspect that the combination of Tween and Span does make a nice specimen. Of course, this requires a certain point of contention.
