The concentration of chloramine for a mouthwash? Is 0.5% not too high?

  The German Formularium gives a fork from 0.0025 to 0.05% for mouthwash after hypochlorite. Converted to Chloramine = 0.2% but Martindale mentions 0.2 to 0.5%. So indeed this is a high concentration. Wait and see how the customer responds?
