Are there alternatives to Comperlan KD and Eumulgin O5, which are part of my bath oil

Both products are no longer reimbursed by the RIZIV. The composition of the bath oil: Miglyol 200 ml, cetiol V 50 ml, Comperlan KD 50 g, Eumulgin O5 50 g, paraffin VLB AD 500 ml

Answer

I fear that for Comperlan KD it will be difficult to propose an alternative.   for the replacement of Eumulgin O5 the mixture 1:1 of Arlacel 83     and Tween 20 could be used. This mixture has the same HLB value as Eumulgin O5 and the emulsifiers are on the list of reimbursable substances. But whether the operation is the same, the use will have to show. Also with the emulsifiers set Arlacel C and Cetiol HE (respectively 36 and 39 g for 500 ml bath oil), the HLB of 9.6 of Eumulgin O5 can be obtained, according to   Apoth; T. Van Schoubroeck. Another possibility, sent to me by Apoth J. Peeters, is the use of Softigen 767, which is still reimbursed by the RIZIV.
