Alcasol eye drops are from the market. Is it possible to prepare these yourself?

I leave the Povidon ophthalmological solution   5% of the TMF and replace the present buffer with products present in Alcasol.  

This gives  :   Povidon K 30   500 mg; NaHCO3 25 mg; Naborate 25 mg, NaCl   63 mg; Nipagine 7 mg; Nipasol 3 mg; Water for injection AD 10 ml  

In This composition is missing rosewater; You can take for the amount of water: Rosewater and   Water for injection   1:1.

In The TMF is a solid method described for the preparation of eye drops. If you follow the instructions CORRECTLY you can make 5 bottles in 1 turn. The stock is put in the refrigerator.
