Anesthetic Cream for permanent makeup with Prilocain

We have a prescription from a GP with 5% lidocaine and 5% prilocaine in a cream. Emla was not strong enough. Prilocaine is not in stock at our wholesaler and Doctor himself does not know which is best replaced and to which concentration.

Answer

There are following possibilities: Tetracaine 4%; bupivacaine 0.5 to 2% and benzocaine 10 to 20%
