Add erythromycin to Locoid Crelo.

Due to the acid character of Locoid crelo (with citric acid) erythromycin (Stable at pH 8) will not be stable anymore. I had then thought to use Betnelan lotion but ID (phosphoric acid) an acid character.

Answer

At acidic pH, erythromycin quickly decomposes. On the other hand, esters of corticosteroids such as hydrocortisone (17) Butyrate are not stable in Alcalisch center. The Switch to Betnelan lotion (May this?) solves nothing! The problem remains the same. The only solution is the preparation of a lotion of erythromycin, which is used in combination with Locoid Crelo.
