Valium suppositories, how to prepare a loco?

I think that for diazepam a suppository based on polyethylene glycol is appropriate. A compound, which could be used consists of: PEG 1500 and PEG 4000 equal parts. PEG 1500 is not available but can be prepared using the mixture PEG 400 7 D and PEG 4000 3 D  

The diazepam is rubbed with the melted PEG Zetpilmasa. Of course, the calibration value of your suppository form must be determined for this mass. The amount of medicine may be neglected because the doses are small and there is a likelihood that a large portion of diazepam dissolves in the suppository mass.
