Problem: Fluroblastine is solution of vinblastine in alkaline water solution in which triamcinolone does not dissolve. The composition would be used to treat scars, therefore the mixture should be ï njected. Sterility is therefore of great importance!

With the generally available forms of triamcinolone I see no possibility to prepare a solution with Fluroblastine. I suspect that there will be a water-soluble form of triamcinolone, as this is the case for most corticosteroids. But through the normal supply channels for the Officinas, this product will not be available. Only the preparation of a sterile suspension remains. Exceptionally difficult, this is not provided that we have the necessary infrastructure and expertise in aseptic work. A hospital pharmacy in your area may be willing to give you assistance.
