The proposed formula with Nadioctylsulfosuccinate has the disadvantage that it costs a pack of 25 g €80. Would there be an alternative?

I would say soap but do you still find medicated soaps? In addition, I am guessing after cetylstearyl sulfate; But is this still there? And so I finally come after lauryl sulfate.
