I would like to propose the next composition. Changes are possible.
Start by creating the solution of PVP and benzalkonium chloride and to verify the viscosity. I expect low viscosity. Check if that solution can be stoved? If not lower the concentration PVP.
R/hydrocortisone acetate 1gYou may add miconazole or nystatin and one can of course use another cortisone such as Prednisolone.
NaCl 850mg
PVP K40 2.5 g
Benzalkonium chloride Solution 0.1 mg/ml AD 100ml
