At the request of a physician, we need to compose a preparation consisting of an antimycotic (Nystatin?) together with a corticoid for vaginal (external) use, but it should be in lotion form to

Via spray. Do you have a suggestion?

Answer

I would like to propose the next composition. Changes are possible.
R/hydrocortisone acetate 1g
NaCl 850mg
PVP K40 2.5 g
Benzalkonium chloride Solution 0.1 mg/ml AD 100ml
You may add miconazole or nystatin and one can of course use another cortisone such as Prednisolone.
Start by creating the solution of PVP and benzalkonium chloride and to verify the viscosity. I expect low viscosity. Check if that solution can be stoved? If not lower the concentration PVP.
