How can we best make Fenelzine capsules following the lack of the specialty Nardelzine?

Due to the lack of specialty, it is possible to make a magical alternative with the raw material phenelzine sulphate. This is available at the FSA range (& most wholesalers). Please pay attention when preparing these capsules:
- 1 mg of phenelzine = 1.72 mg of phenelzine sulphate
-> 15 mg of phenelzine = 25.8 mg of phenelzine sulphate.
- the preparation must be made with Mannitol.
- According to the pharmacopoeia, the raw material must not be stored in the refrigerator and, consequently, this can also be extended to the preparation in the absence of data.
