I find in Pubmed articles with concentrations between 0.75% and 4%. Is there more information available on the optimal concentration without damage to the nasal mucosa?

EDTA also find application in eye drops. I would choose the concentration, used in eye drops for " Abrasio conjunctiva sheet Corneae "
The composition reads
dinatriumEDTA 2aqua 0, 2 G; NaCl 40 mg; NaOH solution 0.4% 5.5 g and water for injections up to 10 ml
