I was wondering from what dose is allowed for and adult human? I think the dose of Selenium is quite high.

The daily dose = 100 à 200 microgram Se. Can be increased to 500 micrograms Se. 100 microgram Se = 333 micrograms of Naselenite pentahydrate (= Na2SeO 3.5 aq).
