Automatically register your Magis Pharma raw material in your raw material register?

At Magis Pharma we have thought about how we can make it easy for you. This saves you time and reduces the risk of errors!

This feature is not compatible with every pharmacy software. You can see the current compatibility when creating the QR code.

Step 1: Scan the QR code on the raw material packaging: you will arrive at our documents page where you can find certificates of analysis, MSDS sheets and the QR code for the raw material register. On this page you can see the most recent lot at the top.

Step 2: Go to the correct lot. In most cases this will be the first lot you see as the most recent is at the top.

Step 3: Click on the icon of your software next to “QR Code”. Your mobile phone now shows a new QR code that can be read by your computer. This QR code contains all variable fields in the order of the form of your software. It is therefore important to place your cursor on the start field in your computer before going to the next step. The start field is indicated under the QR code.
If your software has multiple forms; multiple QR codes may be visible.

Step 4: If your computer cursor is on the start field, you can have the QR code that you see on your mobile scanned by the barcode scanner of your computer.

Step 5: The form will be filled in automatically. You can still check and confirm this.
